We strive to offer the best pricing on our products. If an item is purchased at full price and goes on sale within 7 days we can offer a price adjustment. To receive an adjustment the item must be currently in stock on our website, and proof of purchase must be provided. We will issue a price adjustment in the form of a store credit for use in a future purchase. Please contact us at email@example.com.
How can I be sure my payment is secure?
I live in the Los Angeles area, can I try on and pick up my order?
Yes you can pass by our studio to try, buy and pick your order during regular business hours (19am-6pm Monday-Friday)

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
We ship internationally with Shopify Market. Taxes and Duties are included in your order total.
How quickly do you ship?
Most of our orders ship within 1-2 business days. At the exception of weekends, orders placed before 11AM will ship the same day. Weekend orders will ship on Mondays.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free domestic ground shipping on all domestic orders over $150 and all international orders over $250! No code is required so happy shopping!
How long will it take to get my order?
Orders will take on average 1 to 5 days to be received in the US using our free domestic ground shipping offer for all orders over $150. You can also choose faster shipping options at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return something that was bought on sale?
Item on sale are not returnable but you may ask for an exchange for another size.

Where do you make everything?
Most of our styles are made locally in Los Angeles (80%), we are also producing in Peru (20% mostly knitwear).
