RETURN POLICY
We love your support. We understand the challenges of online shopping. Our brand oversize signature fit makes most of our styles inclusive. We are happy to accept returns and exchanges on any full price, unworn, unwashed merchandise within 7 days of receiving your order for a full refund to the original form of payment. All items must have their original tags and packaging.
We are a small team. Our operating hours are Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. We are closed on weekends. We want to get your order to you as quick as possible! Please allow us some grace, as we do not have the same operating capabilities as larger companies. We appreciate you!
Items purchased using discount codes / sale items & sample sales are FINAL SALE and are not returnable or refundable.
In order to return an item, please email our customer service contact@toitvolant.com to receive a return authorization. We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet our refund policy. We ask that our customers pay for the return shipping on the items they are sending back to us.
EXCHANGES & SHIPPING RETURN ADDRESS
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@toitvolant.com or please ship your item to: Toit Volant, 400 S Occidental Blvd, #14, Los Angeles, California 90057.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
REFUNDS (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (If Applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@toitvolant.com.
SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately all sale items and items purchased using discount codes cannot be refunded. All Sale Items are final sale.
